Earning Litecoin on your mobile phone: Free Litecoin-Faucet LTC Litoshi - Zelts, is it the real deal?

Image
This is not a sponsored post. Tl;dr at the end of the article. Is it possible to “earn” cryptocurrency through an app on your mobile device? Yes, there are ways, many of which are dubious. However, there is one such app that puts its money where its mouth is, and that is Hevoparmm Corp.’s Free Litecoin-Faucet LTC Litoshi - Zelts. You might not get much, and some may argue it’s not worth the effort, but one thing’s for sure, they do deliver. The Process The Free Litecoin- Faucet LTC Litoshi is just one of the crypto- “generating” apps Hevoparmm Corp. has available on Google Play, and it is the one we are looking at today. It is a free to download app that allows users to earn Lits (in-app currency) that you may exchange for Litecoins/LTC which Hevoparmm Corp. will deposit into your Coinbase account. It is simple and easy to use, but it is also infested with ads. A typical session (assuming you visit the app every 30 mins) will likely see you do 2 things:

Product Review: VR BOX 2.0 3D Virtual Reality Glasses

Image
The VR Box 2.0 is an entry level VR goggle set, and at S$8.90 you cannot level any criticism at it, especially if it does its job, or can you? Not Samsung Gear VR, but who cares? If you are considering the VR Box, you’re probably not serious about virtual reality – which is fine. The VR Box 2.0 is just a placeholder till your enthusiasm for VR builds into something more substantial. For all intents and purposes, the VR Box 2.0 is a very adequate plaything for the novice hobbyist. It does almost everything its more expensive counterparts can but with less depth and objectively less quality built into it. Word of advice: treat this like you would an expensive piece of hardware because if you can’t take care of this, you are ill advised to purchase anything more complex (like the HTC Vive, God forbid). I’ve left the device on chairs and tables and I’ve watched it fall fair distances. This is not a device that can take a beating – which is something you may want to c

Product Review: Beexcellent Pro Gaming Headset, GM-1

Image
If you’re in the market for an entry-level gaming headset that is also good-looking flashy, you may want to consider the Beexcellent Pro Gaming Headset (GM-1), except, I won’t recommend it, even with its humble S$21.90 price tag. Comfortable but Dull  Earmuffs, these are not – but it doesn’t mean you won’t start feeling the heat after prolonged use. In terms of return-on-comfort, you will be getting more value than one would expect from a cheap gaming headset. The adjustable headband is clicky and easy to extend, and it will rest quite easily over any cranium regardless of its size. Additionally, the pillowy, padded ear cups are measured well enough to fit snuggly over any pair of ears. This is, by all accounts, a fairly comfortable headset.  120° Adjustable Microphone  However, where this headset doesn’t shine is in the very place where it should – and that is the ornamental glow around the sides. Beexcellent’s Pro Gaming Headset beams like a 2 watt in a d

Game Review: Brothers, A Tale of Two Sons

Image
Review: Brothers, A Tale of Two Sons Brothers launched in August 7, 2013, but I only really got around to playing it recently; no thanks to my enormous Steam backlog. However, my decision to dust off the game from its proverbial shelf lies not in serendipity – even though it very well might be – but because I was regretfully intrigued. At E3 2017, during EA’s press conference, I witnessed the unveiling of a refreshing new IP titled ‘ A Way Out ’, a game which was hyped as being from the creators of Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons. Now, I hadn’t played Brothers then, but had I already, I would have been objectively less intrigued by the concept and subjectively more excited for what the story might be and how this can lead to a more immersive puzzle solving adventure. Because, having already played Brothers, I can say without a doubt that Josef Fares and his team can tell a wicked good story, and that they have the flair to take simple, mistakenly clumsy, cooperative mechanics and

Product Review: Tecware Haste XXL Extended Mouse Mat

Image
At a time where desktop users are wising up to the importance of a good mousepad, Tecware provides a reliable, good looking, and relatively inexpensive alternative to the plethora of high-end gaming mousepads out there. Size Matters This is not your traditional mousepad – it’s a mouse mat and it’s massive. Stretching 900 by 300mm, this pad covers easily the working half of your workbench. Its wide wingspan means that you don’t have to worry about running out of mouse space to manoeuvre over, particularly useful for someone who does a lot of design work or plays a lot of games. Easily covers the length of your desk What compliments its size well is the fact that it has a slightly waxy, water resistant finish on the top. For those who are in the habit of taking your food or drinks to your work station, this is a nice little feature that will appeal to you. Plus, the mat’s fully washable. Quality Edge-stitched frame, high density smooth fabric, and non-sli

My Heroic Naxx Journey: Beating the Construct Quarter

Image
The  Construct  Quarter opened on Tuesday, 12 th August, and within we were introduced to The shambling Abomination Pudge Patchwerk; Silent Hill creature candidate, Grobbulus; Gluth, the plague-dog that looks more ghoul than dog in Hearthstone; and Mr. Frankenstein on steroids, Thaddius. If you’re eager to learn how I dispatched this round’s damned beings and unwholesome inhabitants of the Construct Quarter on Heroic difficulty, you’re invited to read on. If not, feel free to check out my previous  walkthrough   here . Reader’s advice: This is not a thorough guide but a personal recount of the tactics and execution rationale used by me in combating the Heroic variants of the Naxxramas’ bosses. PATCHWERK Click on images to enlarge Ah Patchwerk, the pudge with a weapon but no hand—quite the most fun I’ve hand building a deck against than I had with any other Naxxramas boss. On normal difficulty this matchup invites creative plays for which I eagerly sat by waitin
